I am an ACA-qualified finance transformation leader. Audit built my control discipline; commercial deal shaping strengthened my modelling and executive judgement. I now combine both with finance systems, data and automation.

Today I work directly with group executives across 185 legal entities and around 160 operating companies. I turn multi-currency finance data into reliable management views, transaction analysis and decisions that leadership can defend.

I build systems that survive handovers and scale across entities: parameter-driven reporting, governed finance models, reconciliation pipelines, mapping rules and operating procedures. The aim is repeatable control, not another one-off workbook.

I adopt new technology early, but I keep finance accountable for the result. Curiosity drives that: where others see resistance, I look for the operating opportunity — AI and low-code tools accelerate extraction, analysis and workflow design, while deterministic checks, source traceability and human review protect the numbers.
